Breakfast Casserole

More breakfast for dinner, what can I say?

6-7 eggs
1 cup milk
1-2 cups grated cheese
frozen hash browns (enough to cover the bottom of the dish)
sausage or bacon (about 1/2 pound)

Spread the frozen hash browns across the bottom of a medium casserole dish. (I actually used some leftover baked potatoes that I grated up.) Sprinkle the cooked sausage or bacon on top. In a bowl, mix together the eggs and the milk, then pour this over the meat. Sprinkle the cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes.
