BBQ Flavored Chicken



Put some fresh or frozen chicken breasts/tenders/wings/whatever in an electric fry pan and pour some barbecue sauce on top with a little water. (I used 8-9 frozen chicken tenders and about 1/2 bottle sauce.) Cook this at 3oo degrees, turning it over every once in awhile until it is no longer pink inside. (It took about 20 minutes.)

It doesn't matter if you use frozen or fresh meat. But, it will take a little longer to cook if you start with it frozen.
